Last updated: November 22, 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by TimeBack Workflows LLC (“TimeBack Workflows,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at timebackworkflows.com (the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is intended for business users only.

1. Use of the Site

  • You may use the Site only on behalf of a business and only if you have authority to accept these Terms.

  • You may view and download Site content for internal business purposes only.

  • You may not:

    • Use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;

    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems;

    • Copy, modify, or distribute Site content without our permission;

    • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) except for standard search engine indexing.

2. Services and Engagements

Information on the Site about our automation and AI services (including offerings such as Smart Lead Responder, Technician Support Copilot, and Contract & Renewal Intelligence) is general marketing information and does not create a contract.

Any actual engagement (including one-time projects, 90-day optimization phases, or ongoing service tiers) will be governed by a separate written proposal, order form, or statement of work (“Project Agreement”). If there is any conflict between these Terms and a Project Agreement, the Project Agreement will control.

We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, including revenue growth, cost savings, or performance improvements.

3. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

Our Services may involve third-party platforms and tools, such as Zapier, CRMs (such as HubSpot), and other SaaS products you use.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining your own accounts, subscriptions, and licenses;

  • Providing appropriate access and permissions;

  • Ensuring your use of such tools complies with their terms and with applicable law.

We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, performance, security, pricing, features, or changes to APIs or integrations.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content are owned by or licensed to TimeBack Workflows and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our written consent.

Unless otherwise stated in a Project Agreement:

  • TimeBack Workflows retains ownership of its methods, frameworks, templates, and reusable components; and

  • You receive a license to use project deliverables internally for your business operations.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them for any purpose without obligation to you.

5. Data, Confidentiality, and Security

Each party may share non-public business or technical information with the other (“Confidential Information”). Each party agrees to protect the other party’s Confidential Information using the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information of a similar nature, and in no event less than reasonable care.

Confidential Information does not include information that is public, already known, received from a third party without breach of duty, or independently developed.

We implement reasonable measures to protect data we handle, but no system is completely secure. You are responsible for access control and security on your own systems and third-party tools.

For details on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, financial, or compliance advice. You should consult your own professional advisors before relying on automation or AI in regulated or high-risk processes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the Site or Services.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Third-party platform changes or failures, including outages, deprecations, or pricing or feature changes; or

    • Integration or automation failures caused by API or platform changes made by third-party providers.

  • Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site, these Terms, or the Services will not exceed the fees actually paid by you to TimeBack Workflows in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

8. Marketing References and Use of Trademarks

TimeBack Workflows may reference the work performed for you, including high-level project descriptions and non-confidential outcomes, for marketing and promotional purposes. This may include, without limitation, use in:

  • Case studies and portfolio materials;

  • Website content and landing pages;

  • Social media and email campaigns;

  • Sales decks, proposals, and presentations.

TimeBack Workflows will not disclose your confidential information, proprietary data, or sensitive client materials without your prior written consent.

We recognize the value of your trademarks and brand. TimeBack Workflows will not use your trademarks, or any confusingly similar marks, in any manner other than:

  • To accurately reference you as a client; and

  • As embodied in the work and marketing uses permitted under these Terms.

TimeBack Workflows may also use your public-facing content (such as publicly available logos, website screenshots, and brand assets) in its portfolio and marketing materials, subject to any written restrictions you provide.

9. Changes, Governing Law, and Contact
